Public forum Uxbridge - Cosmos.
Monday night was an opportunity to discuss small and large issues about the town of Uxbridge. But I personally left feeling that we had not discussed several key issues. in the paper I was quoted as being “off the cuff remarks” but unless you injected your comments you would never be heard. We spoke about the bus and the danger of bears for 20 minutes but talk about downtown development or affordable housing and it’s shuffled out the door. I’m not sorry for the ”off the cuff remarks”. Enjoy September 30th for what the day implies. Knowing full well that the government and the church as well as those you profiteered during the period are the ones who should be held accountable. Yet they can’t be held responsible today because government has the day off!
