Saturday met with John Mutton who seems to be speaking our words. I have been assured he will involve himself with council in order inform, educate and pursue monies that are rightfully due to Uxbridge. Too long Council has sat still not reaching out for or investing in order to gain good grants, programs or subsidies that are owed to this township.
“Accountability and transparency are very important to me and, frankly, to the taxpayers. Elected officials, government and regional services are there to serve the people. We exist on their hard earned tax dollars – they have the right to expect transparency and top notch service,” Mutton said.
He had a good platform and pleased to see great people getting involved . Well done!
